School is our second home and of course each students needs to be comfortable to its environment. Entering to a new kind of environment needs a lot of adjustments, specially to those new like me.
First year in DLSU-D , I feel so nervous. Almost all the pressure is on me. New school, new set of friends, new professors, and specially new kind of place for me and to my lifestyle. All throughout my grade 11 year, I did a lot of works to do. Not only for my academics but for myself also. Well, you know what I mean right? Let's be real, we all get to this type of situation when you're in a middle of a class and then suddenly you got pressured and you feel very cold. You started to feel tiny bits of cold sweat running down your forehead , cold breeze started to feel up to your spine. At this kind of situation, you don't know what to do first then you started raising your hands so that you'r prof can notice you. You started running down the corridors and enter directly in a specific cubicle you're comfortable with or sometimes the best place where nobody can check out of you. And yes, truthfully I've been in that situation, well, almost all of the time and I'm proud of it.
I'm that kind of person that every time I ate something automatically after a few minutes I need to go to the restroom and take my time doing stuffs. That's why it is a really must have for me to have a pair of pocket tissues almost everyday. Most of my friends automatically recognize me if I'm in that situation already if I'm already like a statue - you know quite as ever and staring blankly without, because I'm concentrating. I also experienced running to the bathroom during a specific professor almost every week. I don't know if there's something about it, but I feel that every time I saw her face, I feel so nervous and pressured at the same time - that feeling when you became an instant vacuum and inhaled almost all the cool breeze in your freezing room and automatically entered your stomach for no reason and started a war there. Sometimes I think that there must be wrong with my metabolism all these years.
I think the most comfortable place to enter is the second floor restroom of JFH Bldg. , Only few students visit that place and for me it's a heaven sent place. It has a very well ventilation, bidet with a full power water supply that you can think there is no water shortage in the campus, and of course a peaceful location where you don't need to wait for a college or senior high school clique to leave so you can freely occupy the whole place.
