Last semester was very fun, exciting , and memorable. One of the most promising subject in my life is Creative Writing. I can say it was promising because I learned many things about writing , enhancing one's given talent , being patient in one's work , and doing it with open hands.
Others say writing is easy but to be honest it isn't. That writing is only for introverts whom can't express their own thoughts in life and tend to write it on their notes. But to be honest writing is fun, it is like sharing your thoughts in words and opening one's creativity when it was read. It's not for only introverts but for everyone. Once you've entered the class and start learning more about it, I'm telling you, at first it was hard but as time goes by it will bring out the best in you and you'll never expect it. You'll love writing notes, stories , and even poems without realizing that your not so hobby became your interest.
My 2 most memorable activities in the subject were:
1. Posting weekly blogs
This blog was already made beforehand just for fun. Then when I've entered second semester, I didn't know it will be very useful for me as a student. My teacher gave us weekly blog topics and that's when this blog became active again. I became more comfortable writing on it. Also, I became confident enough to express myself and my life's experiences in my blog more.
2. Writing my own flash fiction
We all know that before Wattpad is very popular before and I-myself own an account. I read and made my own series there (of course I'm not popular enough to have many readers). I already experienced writing my own story there but unlike the flash fiction it was an easy one. Flash fiction gave me a glance of what a real and planned story looks like. At first it was hard but nothing comes easy. I gave all my best complying to it's drafts to the point I already forgot that there are subjects I also need to comply - because I already enjoying writing about my plot. I've learned that one should be dedicated to write his/her own imagination to fully shared his/her idea to the person who will read his work. I also learned how to follow my time table, be patient in all of my works and to listen to other's suggestion about my work's improvement. My last semester became memorable and exciting because of this kind of activity.
